These are the screens a guard opens on their phone and a supervisor watches on the dashboard. Everything here happens in real time: a check-in on the app appears on the web dashboard within seconds, and an alert raised on site reaches whoever is set to receive it.

Dashboard

The real-time overview of who is checked in, which sites are covered, and what needs attention right now.

  1. Choose the day and narrow the view

    Set the date, then filter by state, client or work site. Every tile, table and chart below reacts to the filters, so you can go from "everything today" to "one client's sites" without leaving the page.

  2. Read the six status tiles

    Total Check-Ins is the day's count. Currently Active is who is on site this second. Checked Out is completed shifts. Missed Checkout flags shifts open more than 12 hours. Sites Not Checked In counts sites below their required guard number. Permission Issues counts phones where a blocked app permission will stop check-in working.

  3. Check coverage by client

    The By Client table shows total sites against sites checked in, so a client with gaps is obvious at a glance. Click a row to open that client's sites.

  4. Watch the live panels

    Active Staff and Recent Activities update on their own — the LIVE badge and timestamp show the last refresh, and Refresh forces one immediately.

  5. Spot the pattern in the trend chart

    The Hourly Check-In/Out Trend chart plots check-ins against check-outs across the day, which makes shift-change behaviour and late starts easy to see.

  6. Take it away

    Export CSV downloads exactly what your filters are showing, and Sites View switches to a per-site layout for a coverage-first read.

Check-In Log

Every check-in and check-out, with the evidence attached and the filters to find any of it.

  1. The guard checks in from the app

    The home screen greets the guard, shows the app-permission status, and lists their work sites with the geofence radius on each. Today's Attendance shows Checked In and the time since, with Check Out as the next action.

  2. Set the range on the web

    Pick a FROM and TO date. The log opens on today, so widening the range is usually the first thing you do when investigating.

  3. Filter down to the record you want

    Search by name, email or employee ID, then narrow by site, client, state, manager, field officer, status or face-match result. The record count updates in the corner.

  4. Read the coverage banner

    Above the table, a coverage line summarises the day — how many sites are covered and how many are below their required guard count. Show pending sites expands the list of sites still waiting.

  5. Read a row

    Each row carries the employee, work site, site manager, check-in time, check-out time, running duration and status. Selfie evidence from check-in and check-out is attached to the record, along with the face-match result.

  6. Close out a shift someone forgot

    A row still Active has a Check out action so a supervisor can close it manually rather than leaving it to age into a missed checkout.

  7. Export it

    Export XLSX produces the filtered set as a spreadsheet for payroll or a client report.

My Notifications

Your own alert feed — the things addressed to you, on whichever device you are using.

  1. Spot the unread count

    The bell in the header carries a badge with your unread count on both the app and the web.

  2. Open an alert

    Tap or click any entry to read it in full. Opening it marks it read and clears it from the badge.

  3. Clear the backlog

    Mark all as read in one action, or delete alerts individually or in bulk once you have dealt with them.

  4. Know which log you are in

    This feed is personal. For the organisation-wide record of everything sent to everyone — in-app, email and SMS — use All Notifications.

Notice Board

Post an instruction once and have it waiting on the phone of everyone it applies to.

  1. Decide the audience

    Post a notice against a single work site when it is site-specific, or broadcast to the whole organisation when it is not.

  2. Write and publish

    The notice appears on the app home screen of every guard it targets, so it is read at the moment they start a shift rather than sitting in an inbox.

  3. Retire it

    Delete a notice once it is no longer current — site notices are managed from the work site itself, so each site's board stays tidy.

Live Chat

Direct messaging between the office and the field, inside the same app that holds the check-in record.

  1. Pick a contact

    The contacts list shows who you are allowed to message. Who that is depends on the Chat Access setting for your organisation.

  2. Send the message

    Messages arrive in the app for guards and in the web console for the office, so there is no separate tool to install or licence.

  3. Nudge someone who has not looked

    Notify the recipient to push the message to their device when something needs an answer now.

  4. Clear a thread

    Chat history can be cleared when a conversation is finished with.

Office Work Requests

A guard who legitimately needs to leave their zone asks first — so leaving does not trigger alerts or an automatic check-out.

  1. The guard raises the request

    From the home screen, Request office work opens a short form. The dialog is explicit about what it does: a manager must approve before out-of-zone alerts and auto check-out are paused.

  2. Give a reason

    The guard types the reason — "Meeting at HQ", a bank run, a depot collection — in up to 500 characters, and submits.

  3. A manager decides

    The request lands on the Office Work page on the web, where an administrator or client site admin approves or denies it.

  4. What approval changes

    While approved, the guard can be outside the geofence without raising out-of-zone alerts and without being automatically checked out — and the reason stays on the record, so the exception is documented rather than invisible.

Uniform Issues

A fast uniform self-check on the phone, so kit problems are reported by the person wearing it.

  1. The check appears on the phone

    The Uniform Check screen lists each item you have configured — shirt, trousers, cap, belt, shoes and so on — with everything pre-marked OK. The guard only has to touch the exceptions.

  2. Flag what is wrong

    Each item offers OK, Missing or Damaged. The guard taps the ones that apply and continues — the whole check takes seconds, which is what makes it get done.

  3. Review what was flagged

    The Uniform Issues page on the web collects every flagged item so you can see which staff and which sites are generating kit problems.

  4. Change what gets checked

    The list of items comes from Uniform Items in settings.

ID Documents

Collect the identity and clearance documents a worker must hold, and see at a glance who is still missing one.

  1. Decide what is required

    Your organisation sets which documents are mandatory — identity card, medical certificate, police verification, education certificate and so on.

  2. The worker uploads from the app

    The guard sees their required documents with the status of each, and uploads a photo or file against the ones outstanding.

  3. Track completion centrally

    The web view is a roster of who has uploaded what, so gaps are visible before they become a compliance problem rather than after.

  4. Enforce it where it matters

    A worker missing a mandatory document can be stopped at a hard gate in the app until it is supplied — which turns the policy into something that actually holds.

  5. Export for an audit

    The tracking view exports, so a client or auditor asking "is everyone cleared?" gets a document rather than an assurance.
